Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

To access Real-Money Games on 888kkk, you must register a single account using accurate, current, and complete personal information. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account per Individual: Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) account on 888kkk. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

888kkk is required to verify the identity of all Users in accordance with applicable Philippine regulatory standards. The following KYC procedures apply:

• KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any first withdrawal request.
• Accepted forms of Philippine government-issued identification include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS / GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), Voter's ID, and Postal ID.
• In addition to a valid ID, Users must submit a clear selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, taken at the time of submission.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888kkk account credentials, including your login email or mobile number and password. 888kkk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.

• You must not disclose your 888kkk password to any third party, including persons purporting to be 888kkk customer support staff. 888kkk will never ask for your password in any communication.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have notified 888kkk in writing of a suspected unauthorized access and 888kkk has had reasonable opportunity to restrict the account.
• In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your 888kkk account, you must immediately change your password and notify 888kkk support via the in-platform chat or by email at [email protected].
• Accounts accessed from unusual geographic locations or displaying suspicious betting patterns may be temporarily suspended pending security review. 888kkk will notify the registered account holder by email in such instances.

Deposits

888kkk accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 888kkk's discretion.

• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of processing.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific payment method's minimum threshold is higher. Amounts below the minimum threshold will not be processed and may be returned subject to applicable payment provider fees.
• Processing Time: GCash and Maya deposits credit to your 888kkk Wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Deposit Ownership: You confirm that all funds deposited to 888kkk originate from a payment source lawfully owned by you and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. Deposits suspected to derive from unlawful sources will be frozen pending investigation.
• No Cash Deposits: 888kkk does not accept cash deposits or cheque payments under any circumstances.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete KYC will result in processing delays.

• In the event of account closure — whether voluntary or by 888kkk — any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus amounts will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

888kkk offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms attached to individual promotions as published on the Current Offers page:

• Bonuses are available only to verified, eligible 888kkk account holders. New account bonuses are available to first-time registrants only — one per person, per household, and per device.

Game Rules and Outcomes

Intellectual Property

All content on the 888kkk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888kkk or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888kkk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Any reproduction, redistribution, republication, transmission, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 888kkk platform content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits 888kkk's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Account Termination and Suspension

888kkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A User's account displays indicators of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• A User's KYC documents cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• 888kkk is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction;
• A User's continued access poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any real-money balance may be forfeited at 888kkk's discretion. Where closure is not the result of a User breach, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned within fourteen (14) business days.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts. Class action proceedings against 888kkk are not permitted to the extent allowed by applicable law.
